Items must be requested to be returned within 5 days of receipt of the
item(s). Each return MUST be prior approved by Exquisite Jewelry
Designs (a division of Bizfare Enterprise Inc) and assigned a Return
Authorization Number (RAN) before it will be accepted. Items must be
returned in their original packaging and sent to the address that will
be indicated by Exquisite Jewelry Designs when the RAN number is
provided.

Make sure that the subject line reads "returned item",
and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to take care of your return.
To be considered for return, the product must be in the
original packaged condition - all tags attached. The return must occur within
5 business days of receipt. A 25% restocking charge may apply to cover the original
shipping and handling costs. Please Correctly Complete all necessary customs forms indicating that the package is a 'RETURN'. Any additional customs charges will be charged to the customer.
